Service usage rules

1. General provisions
These Service usage rules (hereinafter — "Rules") define the terms and conditions for using the Polyglot Voice platform (hereinafter — "Service"), provided by the service administration (hereinafter — "Administration").
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Rules, understood their content and accept all terms without any exceptions or reservations.
If the User disagrees with any terms of the Rules, the User is not entitled to use the Service.
2. Prohibited actions
2.1. Prohibited content
The User is prohibited from:
- Posting links to third-party resources without coordination with the Administration
- Discussing political topics, campaigning for political parties or movements
- Discussing religious topics, promoting religious views or criticizing religious beliefs of other users
- Using threats, insults, profanity against other users or the Administration
- Posting advertisements for casinos, bookmakers, slot machines, slots
- Posting advertisements for pornographic materials or links to pornographic sites
- Distributing extremist materials, calls for violence or terrorism
- Using spam phrases, clickbait, fraudulent earning schemes
2.2. Violation of communication rules
The User is prohibited from:
- Insulting, humiliating or discriminating against other users
- Addressing the Administration in a disrespectful manner
- Creating conflict situations, provoking other users
- Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
3. Responsibility for violations
3.1. For each violation of these Rules, the User is liable in the form of a fine of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles.
3.2. When committing multiple violations, a fine is charged for each violation separately.
3.3. In case of violation of the Rules, the Administration has the right to:
- Block the User's access to commenting functions
- Delete User's comments that violate the Rules
- Require payment of a fine to restore access
3.4. Blocking access to commenting functions does not deprive the User of the right to use the main functions of the Service (audio transcription, tariff payment, etc.).
4. Unblocking procedure
4.1. To unblock access to commenting functions, the User must:
- Familiarize themselves with the reason for blocking in their profile
- Start a dialogue with the Administration through a special chat for blocked users
- Pay a fine of 5,000 rubles according to the details specified by the Administration
- Indicate their nickname in the payment comment for payment identification
4.2. After successful payment verification, access to commenting functions is restored automatically.
4.3. In case of difficulties with payment, the User can contact the Administration directly through the chat for blocked users.
5. Administration rights
The Administration has the right to make changes to these Rules at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Service.
The Administration reserves the right to moderate content, delete comments, block users without prior notice in case of violation of the Rules.
The Administration is not responsible for the content of comments posted by users, but reserves the right to moderate and delete them.
